Thanks for sharing this! You're a treasure hunter! I just watched the slo-mo football and was in wonderment at how much give and swivel (roll?)is in the boy's joints,(How a leg will swivel round from the hip, plus great to see the loose but still controlled force in the intent of their kicks plus the really beautiful foot-curves and controls at the finish of each kick. I think I just got how springy? and weighted and loose this sort of action was, makes me think of actually trying to put this into posing a rig, it would be easier in a drawing...poetic movement, eh! Thanks for great find...
yeah, watching slow mo definitely helps you realize how much you can really cheat and push transitional poses completely away from expected anatomy just to sell the feeling you want

it's never going to be easier, only harder. Life will never say "hey, why don't you take a break from all the stuff you have to do so you can CREATE something". So stop making excuses and start making sacrifices to get that thing you want to do, done (or at least begun).
